Staff gives bad attitude, does't listen at all. I wanted to return a pair of shoes, brand new. Tuesday, I went and the guy said they don't have cash.(bs). Next day, the woman said the shoes are worn, another bs. So I'm going to go clean my new shoes and try again tommorow.

Unbelievably poor customer service. Will give you dirty looks if you ask them if they carry a certain shoe....even though their job is to help customers.... Lost my business.

Very bad experience with the store . Got a pair of jordans$110 for my 10 year old . He tried it in a store they were fine . Next day he wore them for half an hour and his ankles were bruised . Went to returned them or exchange for a different pair and they would not do it . I was told that the minute you were them outside the store they won't take them back and was told for next time to stay in a store for an hour to wear it to see if they hurt . They have a policy that they won't take them back even if they are worn outside the store . Called customer service at champs no luck . My only choice is to send them to a wear house so they might resolve a issue . I would have to pay my own shipping with a tracking number maybe $30 . I have never shopped in a store with a stupid policy like that . Will never ever shop there and would not recommend this store . On the top of everything people who work there were mean and rude they have no customer service at all
