Poor quality shoes. I was really surprised because I am a big fan normally. Manager was not helpful at all. Received a gift card in exchange but not excited about having to buy a new pair.

1-The shoes at Aldo are nice, great designs affordable and fair pricing. 

2-Your sales staff push add-on products that end up damaging the shoes. Your creams and treatment collection are destructive.

3- Your shoes quality isn't what it used to be. Your shoes are okay for light wearing, but when used everyday they begin to degrade quickly.
