Very quick and courteous service. Store is clean and easy to navigate. Staff is very patient so long as the store is not rammed with customers. If you want good service try to visit off-peak.

Browns Shoes Shoes at Square one had displays of shoes with giant signs saying Sale, 70% off, with the fine print, "on selected items". I asked the sales person, which shoes are on sale. He pointed to a few picked over shoes in the back. Non on the displays. Where is the Truth in Advertising. It is time that these stores pay for their false claims hidden in fine print. I will never go into that store or shop at a Brown's again.

I wanted a price adjustment on a pair of shoes I bought. I lost my credit card and told them to transfer the money on a different card, they told me they would wait until I had my new card (but did not mention the amount of time they would wait). I live in a different city for school and when I came back 5 months after to get the price adjustment, they told me that it was too long, and expected 1-2 months but did not specify that to me. If you have implied expectations of your buyers then please do communicate those to them. Unprofessional.

I had received amazing customer service, by far my favourite place to purchase my shoes! The manger Steve Rendon has such a kind heart and he was kind enough to take his time and help me out! Such an extraordinary person! He's definitely the reason my family and I will be purchasing all of our shoes from there!!
