I went today to check if they have pair 8f white shoes, which they did, unfortunately they had only size 6.5 which fitted my left foot very comfortable while the right was not that much so I asked for a bigger size, and the person said sorry we don't have which I said let me try different design he passed me the box which had 2 left shoes from different designs which still ok. 8 asked for my other design that had this size but matching pair this time. The associate give me the size 6.5 and was totly off I could put my foot which is weired since I'm still in the same shop, same design sneakers just different Pattern on the cover. So I thought let me take the first pair since its taking ages to find matching pairs and the stir was too hot for every one. The associate start looking for the shoes box about 10 minutes then I told him I'm fine to take my shoes wit no box. I had other shops to buy from and do t want to wait for the shoes box he told me it's the shop policy not to sale a shoes without a box, so I waited another 5 min of searching for the box with no luck. The associate ask another colleague of his and she info him if I will it it will be final sale that pair was a demo. I asked for a discount since I waited but there was no box which will made my sale is final sale and it was demo so basically had been worn and used before she said no it has no damage. I was in Deximall on Friday and find a shoes for 9$because it's last piece. I brought this to the staff attention that thus pair is there last one of this design and size of this shoes so Why not sale it as last piece they Said it was not in the last piece corner. The line was getting long. I needed this pair for my vacation and since I spent more than 1hr in the store I paid for it full price. Nothing was offered not even a bag if I wanted in Bag they I'll charge me 1 $. I had bad experience in that shop hot, bad customer services and instead of offering any thing they made my purchase final sale because they don't know where6is the box instead of making a note on my receipt that I was not informed it's final till I spent a whole hr and made my mind to buy it, I would not recommend this place for any one last time to spend my hard earning money there. And buy the way it was not cheap shoes it was for 90$and my daughter liked a nother item so I did not to upset her by leaving the shop without buying what we spent a whole hr in shoes shop to find. The young lady on the Cashier tried to talk her colleague and was asking about the manager to help in this but the other lady wearing all black told her this is final sale and no discount on demo since nothing is wrong with the shoes. So my sale final. Totaly unsatisfied.

I wish I have never visited this Store. The Store manager named Kavina was super rude and disrespectful. They were fearless of any consequences. I think there is no check over them. Kavina the store manager actually denied services. I have already reported the incident. They assured me to reach back to me in 2 to 5 days. Lets see. Poor Service.

They have no skills of customer service at all , they forgot that they have their jobs because of customers This brand was my favourite but not anymore

so according to the cashier Aldo Accessories and Aldo stores are different companies. She refused my exchange and sent me back from heartland location to Yorkdale, even i live 2 mins far from heartland location. Never coming back to this store. And the lady was extremely rudee

Worst customer service i have ever seen. The girl who work there, her name is kavina, she was very rude and disrespectful. Didn’t even bother to ask anything, even on aksing she was not answering properly and giving very bad attitude, poor customer service.

I had the worst experience ever at Aldo Missisauga, will never recommend this store to anyone, the lady at front counter was extremely rude, I went to return my bags with receipt she wanted to get my email to return bags, where in receipt it’s written that you need email to return bag, I had my valid receipt, she throwed bags at me and said that I am not going to do return, go back to original store from where you purchased, she went away and I tried to call her multiple times to do return and she refused…It was such a horrible experience, when i asked for manager she said I am manager, if Aldo hires people like this to work I think it’s better to go to some other store to do purchase at least you are treated with respect.

Excellent Service....Both by Manager/Worker. Very caring/understanding and always makes me feel the customer is special! Definitely, will always be my go to Aldo Store!

The staff was very friendly and helpful they help me to find the right shoe I was looking for a gift.

I was looking for the nearest store that was still open till 7pm and I saw this one according to Google online. Drove 8km to this place 6.10pm to find the door locked, they said they were closed. A guy came right after me and also wanted to get in and shop but found it locked too. I was in my car about to leave and found that the door was opened for him and I quickly got out to see the guy shopping inside picking stuff while other shoppers previously inside also shopping and taking their sweet time, didn't seem like a store that was closed as they previously claimed. The store attendant insisted they were closed and I couldn't get in. I would have assumed Google direction was an error but their door signs showed they are open till 7pm on Saturdays and letting the other guy in shows they do not treat all customers equally. Sad!

Heartland Town Centre ALDO has FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE and extreme patience. Jordin f is super pleasant to deal with and Kaveena Store Manager is amazing at great suggestions/ recommendations. I truly would recommend this store because of the teamwork plus when I register the store the other associates were amazing too
