This EB Games is pretty popular and because of that you don't always find what you want. I've had more success at smaller locations like centropolis. Don't try calling them on the phone they won't answer, yet when in the store they are often on the phone. Once you get service it is good, and usually fast. I don't like the pressure put on added guarantees for everything.
