WOW that about sums it up - GREAT Customer Service Vince and his staff blow away any dealership experience I've experienced. Honest , down to earth customer service. I got the run around from "dealerships" always too busy when wanting to see a used car and showing me cars that were not even cleaned up. Cars at Parkway look like they come from the showroom, brand new and the staff make you feel like a person. I know where I will send my friends to !

I came into Parkway a few weeks ago looking for my first car. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. I had a lot of questions and the staff were patient and very knowledgeable... talk about great customer service! If you're looking for a used car I highly recommend checking them out.

I wanted to buy a Lexus ES Premium and was looking all over the internet. Nick was helpful in providing information on the model I was looking for. Though I postpone my plan of buying a Lexus, I appreciate Nick's positive attitude.
