We had a fantastic experience at Milton Toyota. We had the pleasure of working with Mike Robinson who was not only very professional but was extremely knowledgeable and took his time in answering all of our questions. We were unsure of which vehicle we wanted, and Mike helped us the entire way through and never pressured us into anything. We ended up purchasing a Toyota Highlander and we are so happy with our purchase. Mike made sure that we're well taken care of from start to finish. Mike was so excited for us and made sure that everything went smoothly when we came to pick up our new car. He went above and beyond and far exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend everyone go and see Mike when looking for a new car. Mike and the team (Brodie and Sam) were all fantastic to work with. So many members of the sales team came up to introduce themselves and congratulate us on our purchase. The manager even took the time to come and introduce himself and congratulate us. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We had such a wonderful experience at Toyota and the professionalism of the staff is like no other. Would highly recommend Milton Toyota if you're looking for a new vehicle! A wonderful dealership with exceptional staff!

MILTON Toyota offered us a fantastic experience buying our new vehicle and we remarked that it was the best car purchasing experience we have ever had and largely due to our Product Advisor, Mike Robinson. Pricing was very fair on our trade in, car purchased was delivered to us in beautiful condition. You could sense the Milton team was sincerely appreciative of our business. They offer service points and redeemable dollars per service visit  which is a great incentive to return. We appreciate the excellent experience and recommend Milton Toyota and Mike Robinson for his level of high level of sales service and followup.

Since my first Toyota Camry (I bought it in 1999), I have been servicing my subsequent vehicles only at Milton Toyota. Not only quality of service is excellent, they always provide advice on what needs to be looked at next (always in priority sequence, and without applying any undue pressure). End result being that I am always confident in my car's performance on the road, all year round. Add to that small but appreciated details like free shuttle service and complimentary car wash, and you are ensured to get a thorough appreciation of this place of service. Not sure how other dealerships measure up, but Milton Toyota service center is exemplary.

One of the best "Toyota Car Service" around Toronto. I had important issues to deal with, specially the dash board light going out. Sent an email to the Service Dept. and within 12 hours received a reply from the Service Manager. Next, he asked me to bring in the car for a thorough check. Left that car trusting they would solve the issue. Brock, the Service Manager went above and beyond to fix the issue and then followed up to ensure all was working well. Where can you get such service in town unless you are paying top $$$.
