Last year I was in the market for a new bigger vehicle with the addition of a new family member. Sean Roberts was the gentleman I dealt with, he was so accommodating especially given the fact that I lived 6 hours away. He was a pleasure to deal with. I am even more impressed by the fact that they have sent me birthday cards. Thank you very very much!!
Won’t even give it a star! 2 bad experiences. First- walked around the shop and yard, no help, finally after 10+min asked someone for help. Spoke to a sales guy about pricing on a truck, he said there was no room for movement, the truck had been there for about 6 months, I said thanks and left. A week or so later and I see the price dropped by about $4000. Second, walked around the shop and entire yard for about 10+ minutes, spoke to another potential customer that was doing the same thing he never went back inside, he ended up just leaving, 2 sales people looked at me during my walk around the yard and said nothing. I Went back inside stood around for 5 minutes before finally asking someone for help. A sales guy came out and was not interested in helping me, had zero personality and acted as though I was inconveniencing him. I Asked him about a few vehicles, he showed me the vehicles, didn’t ask if I wanted a test drive.. we went back inside and very briefly talked numbers, numbers didn’t agree so I left. All in all I’d say zero customer service, I’d never buy there nor service my vehicle there. I guess, gone are the days of customer service!? For the record, on both occasions I was ready to purchase a vehicle!
Bought my 2017 Dodge Journey today. It was a very pleasant experience. My sales rep was Sean Roberts. He was so easy to deal with. He was personable and friendly. Went above and beyond for me. I will definitely be a repeat customer and would highly recommend them to everyone I know.
Purchasing a new Dodge Ram at Milton Chrysler Dodge was a very pleasant experience. Sale consultant, Ray Dunbar was a pleasure to deal with. It was reminiscent of a small town dealership experience; friendly and informative staff and no pressure at all. I would certainly recommend to my family and friends.
I just purchased my new Jeep from Marc at Milton Chrysler. Great experience again! Yes, I am a repeat customer because they are honest, friendly and care about their customers. The Jeep is awesome and the transaction was smooth and stress free!

AVOID AVOID AVOID the SERVICE CENTER. I'd like to give this place 0 stars. I brought my car in for service with an engine error and for an oil change. They called me to tell me what needs to be done. I told them to give me 10minutes to make decision on what to do. I called back 10 minutes later and spoke to one of the guys and told them to do the oil change and then order the part of the engine warning work. they did NOTHING. i picked up the car at the end of day and they had done NOTHING. I brought my car in a 2nd time for the oil change and engine error again. They did the oil change, but NOT the engine error part. I brought the car in 2 more times so 4 times in total, they kept my car all day so VERY inconvenient for me and again they did NOTHING with my engine error. The 5th time I had booked again and also asked them for rental car since it's insanely inconvenient for me not use my car since i use it for work to go back and forth between sites, they called me in the morning to say that they couldn't accommodate me. so I was late for work more than 2 hours and wasted my time for the other 4 times. Plus my engine error has remained undone for months. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLEAGUE.
I cannot say enough nice things about my experience here. Everyone at the dealership was very kind and welcoming. I purchased a brand new wrangler through Sean Gibson and he was amazing and so helpful from day one till the I drove off the lot. I've never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle! I'll definitely be sending all my friends and family to this dealership. Thank you again Sean. Edit. Ive had my Jeep for 6 months now and I still speak to Sean occasionally. He always comes by to say hello when I’m in to get an oil change. They really treat you like family even after you’ve bought the car.
I was at a different dealership about to buy a RAM 1500 but did some searching online as well. Came across a great deal at Milton Chrysler. Asked if they could match the price. They could not. Called up Joe De Oliveira and he was able to help me secure the truck without even being there. The transaction was SO easy and smooth. When I came to Milton Chrysler, Joe had my truck ready and I was in and out quite quick! Highly recommended!
