Terrible experience. Was looking for a used vehicle, called in, did the usual back and forth with sales and agreed on a price. I was out of province for personal matters so I asked my father to test drive it Saturday to make sure it was as described. He told the sales manager we would purchase it and we would just need paperwork. The salesperson(Dave) I originally spoke with contacted me, he said they would work with me Monday to get it since I was out of province. Asked if it was possible to drop a large deposit on it to show I was serious about purchasing and was told to wait until for the General Manager on Thursday. Heard nothing, messaged him Friday, heard nothing, called in Saturday to speak to the Sales Manager(Jim), was told he'd be emailing me papers to sign. Got nothing. Called in Monday, and was told it was being sold last Tuesday but deal fell through then sold again Saturday. Why not just be upfront and tell me in the first place? According to them I was given options that I turned down which meant I did not want the vehicle. Had I been informed of the situation properly, that the options given were the ONLY way I would have secured the vehicle, I would have had my father over to sign for it. Instead, I was waiting on instruction to finalize. Money was ready to go, should have been an easy process with better communication. Super disappointing and stressful to deal with. EDIT: For the response, again, had I been informed that was the only way, you would not have had to hold it until the end of October.

I brought my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox in for a recall issue. They were friendly and professional, and provided me a shuttle service to take me home before my son gets home from school. Once the service is complete, they will be sending the shuttle back to pick me up. This is what world class customer service looks like.

We bought a 2015 yukon with 45000 km. We have had it back in for warranty 4 times now and was guaranteed everything was fixed and in working order . We now have one of the same problems. We have had new rear window due to defroster not working, our rear passenger door would stay locked could only open from outside, rotors were warped, blue tooth speaker never worked at all and our sunroof would open whenever it felt like it and you could not control it. That is the problem we still have and the dealership is close to 2 hours away and they are not seeming to care about our time wasted on comutting. Four times dropping a vehicle off and another Four drives to pick it up and now at least one more trip down. Were not happy

Service could definitely become more friendly. They also don't let you know about costs beforehand. A good mechanic will assess your car for free and then you pay for the issue. They charge for an assessment. They also don't manually tighten the tires so the nuts ALWAYS come loose from here.

Dealt with Dave Frasher(seems like a nice guy) overall have had the worst experience with this dealership. Took my 2016 Yukon a few months ago to get it serviced, couple hours later they call me me saying they had “scratched” my rear bumper and were going to replace it. Went to see what had happen and bumper was cracked in 2 places, mind you this bumper is a pretty solid bumper so they hit it pretty hard, apparently the mechanic was reverse parking and hit it. Anyways they replaced it, had to wait a week to get the new bumper. This time around I went in to get my snow tires on and replace a headlight bulb. An hour or so later they call me and say the “ mechanic noticed the driver side windshield wiper has a cut would u like to replace it”, and I said sure go ahead. Picked up the car driving out the dealer I notice the check engine light had come on and I know for a fact it wasn’t on when I dropped it off. I turn around and they tell me to come in tomorrow. I come in tomorrow morning and they can’t do anything and say to leave the car here and pick it up tomorrow and they spoke to the mechanic and he says it was on before I got here. Obviously this guy is lying now. They tell me that they can check that when the check engine car light came on and we’ll know if it was before I had come in or had it come on during it was at the dealer. I come in tomorrow morning and they tell me the check engine light came on “4 engine strokes ago” meaning it came on when it was left at the dealer, but they try to tell me other things like “we gave you the benefit of the doubt and we won’t charge you $120 to check why the check engine light came on” and then try explaining technical things that could effect the check engine light. “ But we’ve reset this one connector and now the light is gone, we believe the mechanic must have accidentally touched the connector”... I leave my car god knows what you did to it and made the check engine light come on then you lie to me saying it was already on then you prove your own stupidity by telling it came on 4 engine strokes which clearly means it came on when it was at the dealer. I miss a day of work I talk to the manger ask for some sorts of compensation, change my summer tires for free or an free oil change for my troubles that YOU cased, it was YOU’RE fault and they made it seem like it was my fault. All in all find a better dealer, absolutely disappointed with their customer service.
