I purchased a 2016 Mazda 6 in March 2018. I was very happy with the service that I received from Lynette the salesperson and Sam the Sales Manager. I have been very happy with the car. This week I discovered that there was some damage inside the trunk that could only be seen when the trunk lining was removed . I called and talked to Sam about this and was very pleased that he immediately offered to help out with the repairs. I had not dealt with this dealership before and was concerned that I wouldn't get help. I couldn't be more delighted with the services that I received. This is a dealership worth checking out.

I had a great experience at Looloo. Lynette was extremely helpful and responsive and the car (2011 BMW 328xi Touring) is amazing. Will definitely shop here again when I need another vehicle. Highly recommended.

I bought a used car at loo loo autos just under a year ago. my brother who is pretty handy with cars just recently checked out my car and noticed that there was a lot of problems with it. my rotors are shot,my coil springs needed to be done, my brake pads/rotors are bad. The dealership assured me that everything was fine with the car when it wasn't, all they did was fix the front brakes. I got scammed and I'm left with paying for all these things to get fixed. I don't recommend purchasing a car from here, they don't check the cars properly. Update: Don't Buy from here if you want your car to die 8 months down the road:)

LooLoo Lemons.. By far one of my worst experiences with used car dealers. Used car dealers are notorious for lying and exaggerating about their products to make a sale. The LooLoo staff are professionals at this. They took my deposit for a car that I wanted to purchase based on conditions that must be met before driving off of the lot. They didn't meet those conditions and even said that they will not be valued since it wasn't written down on paper. When I asked for my money back they refused to give me my deposit. They were extremely pushy throughout the entire process and impatient to get this car moved out of their lot. They were supposed to detail my car before picking it up. They didn't do it and they said that it had already been detailed despite having marks and dirt all over the interior. When I drove off the lot, the low fuel warning light was on and had to make a stop to refuel right after leaving. FYI, my car ended have so many problems soon after purchasing, I have lost count. I strongly advise everyone to not spend their hard earned money here and though their inventory of WRX's and other rarities may look impressive, you cannot trust them and certainly cannot rely on them if something will go wrong with the car.
