I have been in the automotive industry for 15 years and counting. I have yet to come across any single person with the integrity, kindness and compassion of Mr. Ken Morin. He is not just a manager, but a friend to his staff and his dealer customers. I've had great experiences with him personally as a customer and I can say for sure that he gives you exceptional care and attention. A few years ago I had a problem with a vehicle which clearly was misrepresented by the manufacturer and was not the auctions fault at all. He took responsibility and made sure me and my client were protected. We were blown away. He is one of a kind and I encourage everyone to seek his help and his friendship. AJ from Yorktown Motors
