Had a great experience buying my 2018 Kia Sportage from Sean. Was able to negotiate a price over email before going in to finalize the price. Sean and Jean were both great to deal with. At no point did they try to up-sell me on things after the fact!

I had a stress free experience buying from Jeanna. I didn't feel like I was a target with her. Very knowledgable and helpful. I took one star off because they poisoned the car when I picked it up. The ride home was not pleasant because they used a number of nasty chemical products on the interior. Completely unnecessary and I did not ask for it. The car did not have any noticeable smells when I test drove it. Now everything has a residue inside and smells like spider killer spray I once had in the house.

I personally recommended this dealership to a friend of mine after I dealt with Graeme who was amazing to work with, honest and full of integrity.

 Unfortunately, my friend had to deal with the general manager and I couldn't believe how he was behaving. Another reviewer mentioned "shady" and that's exactly what he was. 

Kia makes great cars but man, they need to work on their service. At the end of my leas sing term, I will be sure to hand over the keys and remind them of why my business with them is done.

Thanks for responding. Perhaps not all apples fall from the same tree.

The car is not under my name but nonetheless, the lease expires at the end of the year and I am happy to meet with you then. 

I don't know what the name of the manager is but I'll find out from my friend and send you an email.
