I purchased a Honda Odyssey last week from Gorrud's. The car is extremely clean and and I got the best deal and best service in town. Sales person Jason and Manager of the showroom were extremely helpful. I am very happy to have purchased my vehicle from them. I recommend every person willing to buy a used car to visit them once before finalizing the deal. I am sure you will get the best in terms of service and price.

Very helpful and really care about their customers, will take time to explain everything to you, and very fair pricing. Brad has amazing customer service. Will definitely go back in the future for their services.

By far the best customer care I have experienced. They are professional and friendly. The sales process was so informative and smooth that I did not feel under pressure, not for a second. The service department is also super friendly and armed with very well trained technicians. I felt like I am a part of their family rather than a "customer".

We purchased a 2016 Honda Civic from Gorrud's over the 2017 Christmas holidays. We drove from Newmarket to Milton to check out the car, and we would not have purchased a car from a dealer so far away if the customer service was terrible. At Gorrud's, the customer service was great. Jason was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and was a pleasure to deal with during the purchase process. Picking the car up was smooth and easy, and Jason delivered on all his promises. We do not hesitate to recommend buying your next car at Gorruds.

This is Daniel Finch, and I must say what a fantastic experience at Gorrud's auto dealership in Milton. The experience, knowledge and understanding of the staff made everything so much easier to buy. When it can be difficult to figure out all the fine details they jumped in and explained every question with a friendly detailed answer that was understandable. Huge thanks to Danny and Jason two very smart guys when it comes to cars. The finance crew Mary and Kevin who made the tough part a breeze, couldn't ask for more. Big thanks to service rep Karen who took care of maintenance on my Grand Caravan and took the time to find most of it was covered by Gorrud's awesome extended warranty. She saved me a bundle. Owe you at least a coffee. lol All above, I honestly mean it, true honest people who made us at ease, made me laugh and made the purchase of our new 2017 Ford Fusion the easiest thing I've done since waking up in the morning.
