As with anything, all "good" things must come to an end. I will never purchase a MAZDA vehicle again as a result of the treatment I received from the service manager. I was given a quote for tires which included installation. I have my new tires put on my vehicle and then I am handed an invoice which has installation charges. I explain to the woman at the counter that installation was supposed to be included. She looks at me like I have 2 heads and she attempted to make me feel like I was trying to take advantage of MAZDA. Clearly, ACHILLES was hoping that I would pull out my credit card, as I have for the past almost 7 years, and pay for the service I had just received, no questions asked. I drive home to retrieve the email that states in black and white my quote. I email to the service manager and demand a refund. I also make note that the price for the tires had obviously come down since the original quote as the invoice specifies the price per tire. The service manager completely ignores this fact when I point it out to him. It is obvious to me that 1) ACHILLES was hoping that I wouldn't make a fuss when they tried to charge me for the installation and 2) At the end of the day, this dealership's only goal is to make money. They have no desire to retain their customers. I will go over all of my invoices over the past 7 years to make sure that I wasn't taken advantage of by this dealership. I predict I will find other instances where I have been "screwed." On a side note, Read your manual before you agree to frequent oil changes. Also, keep in mind that, yes, a dealership is a business and as such is supposed to make money but note that the ACHILLES employees also get a bonus when they talk you into purchasing tires from them. The discount is not passed on to you. I was told that they receive upwards of $ 150.00. All said and done, I will find another, honest, reputable company to service my vehicle.

I’ve been coming to this location with my first car since I moved to Milton back in 2014 and I’ve had nothing but exceptional service.
I just recently traded in my Mazda 3 for a CX-3 and I immediately felt welcome as soon as I met Lori and Tracy. Any questions via email or phone were returned so promptly and their overall customer service was also exceptional!

Honest dealership, great people and service. Purchased a vehicle here recently and my experience was great from the beginning. The price was the best I could find after shopping around many dealerships. After signing the lease, I realized I had made a mistake in some of the options I wanted and they were very accommodating. When I received the car, Derek spent 30 minutes (even lost his voice) walking me through every feature and option of the car even setting up the Bluetooth to my phone.

I feel really lucky to have found this place. I have visited 3 other Mazda dealerships and was always very disappointed.
If you really want to experience superior customer service, professionalism and integrity, Achilles Mazda is the place to go to. The owner and his team really care about every customer, and this place is very much different from all other dealerships.

I bought last December my second Mazda at this place, and it always a good experience. They are Client oriented and they know very well the product. I really like their communication and reminder by email, they give you the feeling they your are the unique customer. and for the first time, doing service at the dealership is actually cheaper than going outside. I an going to be on the market for an SUV shortly and it will be my 3rd Mazda at Archilles.
