I am 63 years old, have been a very tough guy -- working side by side with the offshore workers in the open field for months, running a Km in the field yelling orders, help loading ocean containers (600 cartons x 75 lbs each), on my knees for hours doing the weeding, and drive 50,000 Km per year for decades. The wear and tear caught up with me. I developed arthritis a few years back. Family doctor told me to take pain killers. Tried acupuncture for years, chiropractor, physiotherapy, Agra therapy, some help but they never a cure nor the relief would last long. It was so bad that I have problem getting on and off the car. When I did my first counselling a year ago at Parallel, I have no muscle on my left leg, the right leg has been supporting the weak leg. The first 10 MAT lessons was tough, the progress was very slow and I was on the MAT bed most of the time, doing treatments. There were always excuses for not doing the assigned easy exercise at home. But I have faith with Jen, and I do not want to be a loser in front of a "kid". She knows how far she can push and what is the "proper" posture, stance. It gradually become a routine and I (& the family) can see the change, for good. A month ago, I still have problem walking 1 KM, without pain. I'm now (late July 2017) doing 3.5 Km in 32-33 minutes - this is one of the goal I set out in February to accomplish. Parallel is good, I make friend with all the trainers and their "happy" clients. I introduce quite a few, who need helps, to the Centre - and they all stay. My wife and daughter do the boot camp a couple, few time a week -- at 6 AM, such that she can leave home at 7 AM for work. First Hand Experience With them and it has been an awesome one! Jenny and Damian are both knowledgeable and experienced trainers! They really care and they customize their training to suite you! I refer them with confidence!

Damian and Jenny are great. If you are looking for trainers that are knowledgeable, caring and work with you to reach your goals then this is the right place for you. I highly recommend them.

I have patients that train at parallel and I'm very impressed with their training approach. Their programs are customized for each client based on their body type, weakness and strengths which minimizes injury during the training sessions. They are excellent at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone.

If your looking for a Personal Trainer that is going to help you with long term healthy living and fitness goals. Damien is the man. Always there to answer questions and really takes an active interest in you. Can't say enough good things about this dude!
