My point of view is a little bit different: Im the afternoon receptionist there, as well as a member! My bias is actually quite special because I see all aspects of the place. The moment I walk in every morning: I see the friendliest faces, whether it be our clients, our coaches, our other receptionist, or own owner. Our goal is to really do anything to make sure you are reaching your personal goals, which we take the time to help you make! I actually come in on my days off or before work, and take classes myself. Classes are 45 minutes, and at first I thought that sounded short, but trust me it's perfect. They're intense classes, modified for all fitness levels. When I first started to take classes I was super out of shape, but didn't feel self conscious because the members (many of whom didn't know I was staff yet) are so positive, encouraging, and no matter what level their at, are sharing that pain with you! Our trainers are all amazing for different reasons, but one fact stays the same: they all care deeply about helping you see results. Lastly, I can say it's extremely genuine when the owner talks to you. He is the most caring trainer/boss/guru out there. He takes time to sit with clients for hours if they're having trouble, and will personally review your diet (he's very certified in nutrition), your lifestyle, everything. He's never once come back to the staff with secret complaints like I know so many people in customer service do. The compassion and caring is 100% REAL. From all of us!! :) I've watched as people have lost 20lbs, 50lbs, even 90lbs. The real transformations come from the client, but I assure you that the FITroom will do anything possible to help you get there.

Just started attending the class here and wasn't sure what to expect or if I'd like it considering it is advertised as a fat loss centre and I am relatively physically fit. I was pleasantly surprised to find this very challenging and effective in increasing my stamina.

If you are looking for a fitness program that will motivate and guarantee results this is the place to check out. Amazing trainers, fun workouts, and an inspiring environment!
