Simply the rudest customer service I have ever seen! When trying to sell, they make promises they will never keep. Before signing the contract with them I politely asked whether I will be able to cancel or hold my subscription in case my 2 year old daughter did not like their childcare, they confirmed they will definitely understand my concern and will ask for no charges at all for holding my contract. After my account was charged for the same reason, they simply said they do not remember what they had told and just reminded me of the contract that I had signed. Please do yourself a favor and do not trust the customer service or their reception and go through every single line of the contract that you want to sign. Unlike many other gyms these people just want to sell and then will forget their words.

Nice club. Usually busy in mornings. Make sure to take advantage of free valet parking since lot is small. Lots of classes to choose from if you like that. Large selection of personal trainers as well.

Over the past 40 years I have been a member of a variety of gyms here and in the UK, participating in group classes or following a program set out for me. I have always loved exercising but never felt I was accomplishing a true workout. I then realized that a personal trainer would give me the proficient instruction I needed. Monique has been my personal trainer for nearly 2 years and has done an amazing job. I have so much more stamina, especially now I have a 5 year granddaughter who loves to run and jump into my arms. You definitely require core strength for this!! At 63 I feel in better shape than I have been for a long time and I truly believe that the personal direction given to me by Monique Shapiro has enabled me to accomplish this . In conclusion, Personal Trainers are really worth their weight in gold. Pearl Taylor

A sport lover, I have multiple injuries so I was assigned Monique as my trainer. The perfect choice. So knowledgeable, patient, creative, funny, MOTIVATING. She keeps all my sensitive spots in the forefront of her mind yet STILL plans a different challenging routine for each session, and one that leaves me with that "feel-good" soreness you want after a hard workout. I look forward to training with her every week. Monique knows her stuff. I love trusting her with my wellness plan. Love, love, love her!
