Fitness Connection

It's perfect! Not only is it not too crowded, but the classes are a lot of fun! The people are also really friendly and helped out a lot when I didn't know what package I wanted. The thing I liked the most about it was during my free trial they didn't continuously follow me or bombard me to sign up like they do at GoodLife. Definitely definitely love this gym!

Love this gym environment. The staff members are very friendly and always putting their members first. Gym has changed since the previous years and the gym is never busy, you never have to wait for a machine. Would highly recommend this gym if you are looking for a quiet environment.

It's a large gym that's not usually crowded, but the prices can be steep compared to other places.

FRAUD...FRAUD...FRAUD...Avoid this poor family business with hidden name of gym and particularly avoid to giving them your credit card information. I cancelled my gym in 2016 bcs of (poor service and facilities) and they started charging me couple months later without any notice or reason. After some phone calls and emails no one responded until I contacted their manager MIKE MAK who is totally rude and unprofessional and said, we need to run our business!! .Instead of returning my money I noticed, they charged me for one more months bcs lack of notice. Now I escalate the case to small claim court bcs of their misconduct and theft.

Very big and spacious, friendly staff and usually not many people. Personal training is somewhat expensive but monthly membership rates are reasonable.
