Worst customer service-I came here back October to get my bracelet cleaned,i walked in to an empty store asked the staff if they could clean it they said no they can't and asked me to come back next week after there promotion was done. I couldn't believe it. So then just today i saw a set of earrings i saw online, i called them the lady answered and i asked if they had they in stock. She said that they aren't checking inventory for customers who call in as they have a promotion happening and need to help that customers in store! Well if you would of just looked for me i would of been one of your customers in store. I couldn't believe it. I called the Guildford mall location since i live in Surrey and they had no problem, the lady looked for them had them in stock and put them aside for me for pick up for tomorrow. Never again will i go to the pacific center location since their staff have no customer service and are not willing to help customers in store or over the phone.

Great customer service, very kind and professional employees. Come to this location to purchase or to Surrey, never to Coquitlam Centre, very rude and unprofessional.

If you're looking for a present, this is a great place (unfortunately, for your credit credit card). Jk. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and nice.

A woman who was wearing glass and looks like in early 30's gave me such a wonderful service i've ever had. I visited Pandora for repairing my bracelet. She caught flaw in my one of rings i asked to wash, she replaced it and my bracelet! It looks like present because it was yesterday of my birthday. I was truly satisfied with her service. She was so sweet and awesome. Thanks for your service again.

Used to be my favorite Pandora store but since their manager and a couple of their key salespeople that were at the Alberni store left it is all Sell Sell Sell. The lack of customer service is almost as bad as their Metrotown location. Guess I am going to have to start shopping online for the money I spend there! I would rather have e-service than no service at all!
