De Beers Diamond Jewellers

During our research for engagement ring, we have visited most of the top brand jewelers in Vancouver, and De Beers made itself standout because of their exceptional customer service. Kurt and Raven are amazing, very professional and knowledgeable, always go beyond and make our every visit a pleasant one. I am very happy with my ring, the unique cutting brings out the best of the diamond, so brilliant and sparkling from every angel! Just love it!

This location has excellent service & products. We have been Kurt’s (currently the store manager) client from the beginning, years ago & he has always taken wonderful care of us during our engagement ring research & purchase. In Vancouver, we compared all the top branded jewelers and De Beers treated us better than all the rest. We went several times before making the final decision & at all times the De Beers staff and Kurt understood the situation & treated us in the best ways possible. De Beers diamond quality is the best as well. It sparkles sharper / brighter than all other brands & the custom ring makers in Vancouver & in all situations (not just showcase setups). The ring has always received compliments for years! I highly recommend & recommended this store & will be visiting often. It’s a rare place to find such a wonderful staff & products. De Beers Vancouver has got the friendliest staffs. They’re knowledgeable about the gems, I learned a lot about the cuts, setting and style of diamonds. I would recommend them to anyone that’s looking for something special or just something fun. I haven’t had the chance to visit their new watch store but it’s on my list.

My now fiancé bought my engagement ring here. He made a day trip and flew from Calgary and the store was able to get everything ready so he didn’t have to waste time. Kurt was very helpful and especially with the after care, he arranged a few cleaning services for me at the Toronto store as I was going there for work. Makes me feel like a priority every time I visit the store, but I’m pretty sure everyone is treated that way. ;) 200% recommended.

Outstanding service. Great selection. Kurt the manager is on top of things: tracks orders, quick responses to emails, and keeps me posted. If you want to get your significant other (or yourself!) something nice, I would highly recommend this store.
