Very good customer service, large choice and not too expensive compare to the other jewellers in town. I really recommend this shop. Thanks Eileen for you kindness and your professionalism.

Horrible customer service!! My boyfriend bought me some jewelry for my birthday two weeks prior to my actual birthday. We then went away. I went in tonight to exchange the jewelry. The sales person seemed annoyed that I wanted to do an exchange a month after the item was purchased. Even though it had never been worn. The 14 day return/exchange policy is not very realistic. They didn't have the item I wanted as they were out of stock. I then asked for a store credit which seemed to be the worse thing ever!!! Based on the salespersons response you would have thought I had slapped her across the face. Going to use my store credit at the Metrotown store as their store Manager Gary is a hell of a lot more professional and courteous!!! Do not recommend shopping at this store ever!!!

Came here for wedding band. Did not encounter upsell. Good service & advice. Competitive pricing. Will come again.
