If you're looking for a honest and fun service, look for Kimberly C, she helped us design the ring that my girlfriend always wanted. At first I assumed all sales associates would be aggressive and would up sell you at any chance they can get, but with Kimberly we did not feel that at all. I highly recommend this store to everyone who's looking for a lasting gift with a memorable experience. Thanks again Kim!

Had a great experience browsing Spence Diamonds large selection of engagement rings. I was fairly overwhelmed at first walking around with a pile of random rings trying to wrap my head around finding the perfect engagement ring. Thankfully Kimberly was there to guide me along patiently as I slowly narrowed down the stores selection. She listened carefully to what I wanted and did not pressure or push me in any way. Eventually I did find the PERFECT setting and diamond to go with. My now fiance loves her ring! She frequently compliments the setting and brilliance of the diamond. Would definitely recommend Spence Diamonds to anyone looking for an engagement ring or wedding band.

Have a great experience visiting the Spence Diamonds store in Vancouver. When I fist decided that the time was right to get the engagement ring, I didn't know where to turn. But while driving heard the Spence commercial on the radio and was intrigued on their take on environmentally friendly diamonds. So I booked an appointment and met up with Kimberly. Kimberly was a wealth of knowledge and expertly explained the "Spence Difference". After picking out the ring design and the right diamond, the whole process was smooth and very pleasantly painless :) I enthusiastically endorse Spence Diamonds, and especially Kimberly, on the quality of the craftsmanship of the finished ring and the friendly and knowledgeable customer service.

I had a wonderful experience at Spence choosing wedding bands with my partner. We were only looking for very simple bands, but were surprised at Spence's wide selection. We were treated so well by all of the staff, who put a lot of time and effort into helping us even though we weren't interested in anything very fancy or expensive. I would recommend Spence to anyone!
