Bought a necklace here but didn't like it and decided to return it. Associate told that it was scratched and that it was no longer in "saleable" condition. It barely was even worn yet it somehow got scratched which is contrary to their selling point that, the longer it was worn, the shinier it would become. Manager called me later to offer me a "polishing' which would make it look new and yet still not in "saleable" condition, which was like slap to the face because I didn't care about the scratches in the first place. Very dissatisfied with Tiffany as a brand and will not buy from them again. My advice would be to listen to the customers needs and not falsely advertise your products, you are a world renown brand, try bringing your customer service to same level.

Really friendly staff and beautiful store - a lovely shopping experience. Just have to be able to stomach the crazy price tags!!

Incompetent Managers and Staff. Terrible Service. Makes you feel very unappreciated. Waited over 1 month past the required date for a simple repair. Paid repair for a bracelet. No courtesy call. I had to check that it was ready. Went to pick up the bracelet on a rainy day. The security asked to leave the umbrella in the front. It was a rather pricey umbrella. Within 5 minutes someone stole the umbrella.Their response: Not their job to watch the umbrellas. They offered an umbrella with a broken handle. Premium brand, discount service.

They did an outstanding renovation and now have two floors. I cannot help but think that this place is fun to browse but it is so much more expensive than other items of the same quality. You really do pay for the brand here but that is nothing new.
