Great experience! My partner and I aren't really big "wedding industry people", and so for me, putting together a ring to surprise my partner with was a bit of a challenge in that every jeweler I ran into put me off of the whole experience. LL Private Jewellers was the exact opposite. They came as a recommendation from a good friend of mine who had also had his wife's engagement ring made there, and I sure am glad I took his advice. The customer service was excellent, they answered all the questions I had, dispelled a few myths, and worked together with me to quickly build a really beautiful piece of jewelry that my partner loves. Can't recommend them enough!

I took a loose sapphire to Joe and Monika to set into an engagement ring. They're the best! Monika was patient, helpful, timely, efficient, and practical in her suggestions. She never tried to up-sell. Joe! He is so talented! His passion for his craft is so obvious through the work he produces. The hand-engraved ring he made for me is so exquisite that I cannot stop staring at my ring. I read through all the reviews prior to setting an appointment with them. I was doubtful about the raving reviews but I am here to tell you they are all true to my experience. Don't bother reading any more reviews. Go ahead, call them for an appointment. You won't be disappointed.

I have already started recommending LL Private Jewellers to my friends and family - and I only picked up my ring up yesterday. They did an amazing job fixing my opal enagement ring that came loose. I was nervous going in, but as soon as I stepped foot they had me feeling comfortable leaving my ring in their capable hands. Not only that, they had it fixed in a day! It looks amazing and is stronger than it was before - they wanted to make sure it wouldn't come loose so easily again and put in the extra step of adding more gold to the claws that hold the opal in place. Their work is flawless and I'm so happy I get to wear my ring once more. Thank you both so much for your amazing work!

My Fiancé and I had our wedding rings made by Joe and Monika after they made her engagement ring for me the previous year. It was an amazing custom ring, so I knew there was nowhere else we'd go for our wedding bands. Monika worked with us to get exactly what we were looking for and Joe crafted us three amazing rings! We'll be back for sure.

Amazing quality of work and great customer service. I went in to get a custom made engagement ring made with a sapphire i had made, and Monika and Joe were top class the whole way. The craftsmanship of the final product was outstanding and better than anything I would have been able to find in any regular jewellery store
