My fiancee and i dealt with both Major and Sandy when designing my engagement ring and both were a delight to work with. Excellent customer service and honest. Made the experience from start to finish easy and enjoyable. Will be going back to pick out our wedding bands.

My husband and I recently got our wedding rings (engagement ring and wedding bands) from Diamond Deals/Phera Diamonds. Our experience was amazing from start to finish. We were able to go to either location (work downtown and live in Surrey) which made it easy to drop off and pick up items. When we met Major for the engagement ring, we talked about our personalities and what matter to us, with this Major was able to help us decide on a design that was perfect! He also took the time to educate us on what to look for when shopping for a diamond. Later when we went to buy our wedding bands, the team made sure to meet my one requirement of having the engagement ring and wedding band flush. My husband bought my engagement ring from Sandy and it was absolutely stunning. We also purchased our wedding bands and my anniversary band. I love how you can custom design whatever style you like. Sandy and her team were also helpful and the service is amazing.

We got my fiancee's engagement ring and our wedding bands at Phera Diamonds and we couldn't be happier. Sandy and her team are very responsive and helpful and custom made exactly what we were looking for. The whole process was a great experience and saved us a ton of money. Can't recommend them enough!
