Back in December 2016, I was in the market for an engagement ring, and had taken the fiancee to a larger chain store, to browse get an idea of what she wanted.  We found a design she liked, but I was not very thrilled with how pushy the salesperson was, and I wanted to do a bit more research before making the decision.  I contacted Luksus via email and got in touch with Andrew.  I was able to Google a similar design, and over the next 4 months, we corresponded back and forth by email, until every detail was worked out.  Andrew was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and a pleasure to deal with.  At the end of the day, I ended up with a much nicer product, and decided to spend about $4k more than the other store's model - ending up with a 1.71 karat stone instead of a 1.08 karat, and with 38 additional diamonds around the band.  The CAD drawings were provided to me for approval before the ring was fabricated, the ring only took 2 weeks to make after I gave the go-ahead, and the appraisal value is almost double what I paid.

I work in trades and end up all over the Lower Mainland - my schedule is a bit unpredictable, and everyone knows it is sometimes a pain to get in and out of the downtown core - even more-so with an over-height vehicle.  So it was nice to be able to do everything electronically - from emails, to electronic payments, and arranging for shipment.

Very happy with my experience with Luksus Diamonds.  Although, the fiancee is likely happier.  We're getting hitched summer of this year, and I will be contacting Andrew again to have the wedding band made.

My fiancee and I worked with Adam at Luksus to have her custom engagement ring made. From the design process through to completion Adam was very quick to respond and work with us on changes we wanted to make. He worked with us to make sure we could find something within our budget and gave us lots of options to choose from in regards to stone choices. I would recommend him for anybody looking to have a quality custom ring made. High quality work and customer service!

Emailed regarding diamond purchase they confirmed they don’t have most of their diamonds on hand. Tried to get quotes for specific diamond with variable size cut colour etc they said not specific enough. Then received a response saying they have so many people they are dealing with and didn’t seem interested in helping. They kept referring me to their website but again diamonds not on hand. U must order first before actually seeing the product. Got some quotes. Prices were way above what other brokers were selling for.

this review is of the correct location luksus. you never forget terrible service and treatment!!!! spent my 10k elsewhere and it was well worth it!

Absolutely fantastic experience working with Adam at Luksus Diamonds.  We got our engagement ring here and more recently our wedding bands and I can't say enough good things about the quality of the product, the quality of the service and the value for money that you get when dealing with Luksus.  After the engagement, Adam was able to not only resize my fiance's ring but also complete a special request.  When it came to the wedding bands, we were absolutely blown away by how perfect they turned out - and how our custom design worked so well with the engagement ring we purchased previously.  We couldn't be happier with our rings and would highly recommend Luksus to anyone.

It was a pleasure to work with Adam and Luksus Diamonds. Adam loves what he does and this passion translates to his work. He is genuine, approachable and very knowledgable. From sourcing a diamond to getting a custom ring setting made, Adam was able to answer all questions and share his expertise to help stay within budget and also get the most value.  Throughout the entire process Adam was patient, accommodating and always in communication so there were no surprises. We could not be happier with how the engagement ring turned out. Adam and Luksus Diamonds has my full recommendation.
