great studio, great workouts and timing of schedule for those unable to attend in the day time! instructors of all different styles, all very supportive and helpful if you're new!

Wow! Never tried yoga before, let alone hot yoga and it was so fun. Class sizes were perfect and that really made the difference for a first timer because it allowed the instructors to give me attention and help me with whatever I needed. They really know there stuff and will be back! Highly recommended.

This 'yoga' studio is completely unfit to be running this type of business. Their instructors don't take the time to walk around the room and correct your posture. They are not open to suggestions. They get defensive. The yoga room is so small. And their heaters are at the bottom. I have burnt myself on them and was told to not use that space. But people use that space all the time and they are uncomfortable. They lock the front door and forget to unlock it when the class is over. I'm pretty sure that is a Fire Code violation and they could and should get shut down for that negligence! You are not allowed to make too much noise on the floor because the studio landlord lives underneath. And they don't appreciate the noise. There are no change rooms and no showers, which is odd given all you do in that studio is sweat! And they have poor customer service. They asked for my opinions and they agreed with them and then nothing changed. My husband tried them out and after 4 or 5 classes was convinced it wasn't for him. When I called to cancel his membership I had to keep contacting and calling and texting and the lady was out of town, for three months. They kept charging us the last three months and my husband has not stepped foot anywhere near that studio. Then I find out that lady is no longer working for that studio. Just completely lacking any consideration for people's lives. They wrongfully accused me for lying about booking a class and charged me $5. I am never recommending this to anyone. I have been a YYoga member for 6 years and never once had an issue with their service or instructors I was happy paying $120/month. I switched to this studio because I was looking for a community based neighbourhood studio. After trying them out for 2.5 months, I now know this is anything but that! This studio is charging $90 if you sign up for 12 months and get locked into this horrible experience. They should not be allowed to run this business. It's not even worth $20/month. I didn't even want to give this studio 1 star, but this comments service wouldn't let me post this if I didn't.

Super nice staff, awsome teachers and a great atmosphere . I love the feeling when i leave my flo class , has totally changed my life and i will contine to attent this locatio cause of the welcoming enviroment.
