Love this box!!!! What can I say, I came here when I was back in town and they helped me fall back in love with Crossfit again. Throughout my travels in Europe, USA, and Asia, Rocky Point is by far one of the best boxes ever. The coaches are smart, technical, and genuinely great people, the space is perfect for what we do, and the community is amazing. I will surely be back and I will bring all my friends. I am thankful that such an amazing place exists in my backyard. Thanks again!

With the loud music, heavy weights being tossed around and all the coaches (actually everyone) yelling at Simpson to quiet down, it's easy to be intimidated your first time walking into the building. The truth couldn't be further from this assumption though (aside from the yelling at Simpson part).
Both the coaches and the members are extremely welcoming and supportive. This is a gym where people work within their physical fitness scope and slowly grow from there. You won't find arrogance at this gym - Everyone is there to better themselves and live a healthier lifestyle.
The coaches (Tom, Errol, Michael, Tyler, Aaron) are all amazing guys who are great to talk to and answer any questions you may have. Andrea, their Chiropractor, does amazing work and helps to identify why something is bothering you and teaches you ways to prevent the same thing from happening in the future.
All in all, it's a great place where you meet some awesome people and keep yourself active!

What can I say about Rocky Point CrossFit? Rocky Point has pretty much changed my life. The owners Tom and Errol are super supportive and accommodating, our other trainers Tyler, Aaron, and the newest addition Janel are equally awesome. Not to mention that we also have a great wellness center connected to our gym with great Chiros and RMT's.
One of the best things about Rocky Point is the feeling of belonging, and the family atmosphere. Not only do we work out together, but the gym organizes fun "Bfit" day outings, recently a movie night, and even an annual Christmas Party. So it's not just a gym but a great community to be a part of.
I myself have been on my own journey (which is ongoing), with the help of the always great Errol Clark. Errol has helped me in more than just fitness but also with mental hurdles to nutrition. I have gone from "Under average strength" (Errol's exact words my very first day), and not being able to run even 100 metres to now lifting things I never even imagined and can run a mile with reasonable ease.
So basically I am saying that Rocky Point CrossFit is a great place to be. If I can do it so can you, all abilities, shapes and sizes are welcome at Rocky Point with open arms. Not just by the coaches, but by the members as well. I have nothing but great things to say about this place and the people who make it all happen.
