I registered my kid with their Spring Break Adventures AM Half Day, and They were advertising the program as “Children will have the opportunity to be involved in daily athletics and group games that will develop their gross motor skills.” But, No structured program at all, and it was just few adults babysitting, and there was absolutely nothing but just free play time. My kid didn’t want to stay, and we left the place after 30min. When I was asking for a credit or refund, the owner, Rory, told us “we do not offer credits or refunds”.
My 4 year old son really enjoy his tadpole class and loves his coach. Highly recommend this place. He was very cautious when we first started but he can now do a lot of different activities that he was too scared to do
We have loved bringing our daughter to leapfrog! She attended the tadpole class for about a year now she’s leaving to go to preschool. It definitely was a challenging time during the pandemic but the leapfrog owners handled it professionally and I truly appreciated how honest and transparent they were with their own struggles as a business. As a fellow business owner, I completely get how challenging it’s been to navigate the pandemic! I highly recommend leapfrog to all parents to give their children a well-rounded gymnastics experience! My daughter’s confidence with taking physical risks and her own growth & development was greatly improved with leapfrog’s help :
I wanted my 17 month old to go and try gymnastics for a month ONLY to see if she at all would like it. After a few classes, my husband and I decided that she was too little to really take full advantage of the class. In my initial enrolment email, I did mention this to the owner I assumed and he/she still advised that it would be best to pay the monthly fee and then decide if I wanted to continue- to my surprise when the first payment went through, there is also a $30 dollar yearly fee that they charge - didn’t read that anywhere but they just went ahead and charged it and then when I spoke to Rory Kerrigan - he told me that I agreed to terms and conditions and therefor no refund for the yearly fee would be given back- I was so surprised. This is unacceptable- very sneaky way of doing business. So I pretty much paid $100 dollars for 2 weeks that my daughter attended. They are a rip off and dishonest and yes he calls himself the owner so this is unbelievable- disgusted by the way they conduct this business- I strongly suggest you do not join this facility!
Our family loves Leap Frog. My son has been going for a year now. Wonderful, safe facility with a philosophy of promoting fun and not competition/pressure. Perfect for young children.
We have brought our son here several times over the past 3 years since we are living nearby. He REALLY enjoys the time here and looks forward to school breaks for when he gets to come here. The staff I have met seem genuine and well informed. I sat and watched one day and they seemed very involved with each child. The only drawback is the ability to directly contact them. It is only really through the website and I don't think I have ever gotten anyone on the phone. Aside from this, their adventure day has been a lifesaver for us and our son loves it. Keep up the good work.
I would give this place zero stars but it wasn’t an option. I had my son enrolled at leap frog gymnastics. His teacher was Allison, she was definitely not equipped to teach small children. Further more the facility it’s self was disgusting. In the main gym area you could literally see accumulated dirt and dead skin. It only seemed to become more and more filthy with each visit. They did not correctly follow Covid measures and made up their own rules which made no sense. I emailed the owner Rory to have a conversation about these issues. After I pressed for a conversation over the phone he refused and canceled my membership only returning part of my money. This place is extremely unprofessional and really truly disgusting. I encourage you to do a walk through of the place before paying so you can see for your self. I am not a germaphobe by any means, but was FILTHY. I took my son there on and off for three months and watched every single student drop out for similar reasons. I have attached the unprofessional email responses he gave me when I had emailed and requested a conversation. After multiples of my emails “were not received” I really wanted to just have a quick phone call and never got one.
My daughter and her friends went here and it was not that good. In the three months that she was three she was taught a bum drop and a roll. This would of been fine for a toddler but not 8 year olds that where experienced in the art of gymnastics. The instructor was rude and scared them with his stunt jumping OVER the kids and he smelt horrible of smoke and he was rude to them. Not great here.
