Awesome, friendly, supportive trainers. Jackson has helped me work towards my fitness goals faster than I have been able to accomplish myself. Both Jackson and Alex lead an amazing circuit class on Saturdays... Tailored for every fitness level...love this place and highly recommend it.

The customer service and engagement Innovative Fitness provides is also excellent – with their events and trips, they really make you feel part like a part of their community. I've been training with Alex at Innovative Fitness Coquitlam for a year now, in fact I was the very first training session at the facility when it opened. I've found my experience over this first year to be outstanding. The gym and facilities are first class. Training is personalized directly to my goals and the activities I do and I've become stronger, more fit and dropped 15lbs in the process. I highly recommend checking it out.
