We have been training once a week with Rachel.  I've been an avid gym goer for years, but even after just a few sessions I have made noticeable gains in my strength and mobility thanks to her help.  Highly recommend this gym!

THE BEST GYM! I train with Ibby and he will get you in top shape in no time. One of the best I’ve ever had the chance to workout with. This gym is like a family. Every trainer/nutritionist/physiotherapist/kinesiologiat brings something to the table and you can feel their positive energy. The best!

Rachael is amazing! I have been working with her for a few months and I am so happy with how it’s going. I was nervous to start with a trainer, as I usually prefer to train alone, but Rachael makes me feel so comfortable and confident!

Had the displeasure of meeting Ibby from new edge. He seems charismatic at first, but once I realized how disrespectful he treats his workers and manages the business I didnt want to spend one more penny. Good riddance.

Attended a group training session with trainer Cassandra Schock and boy did she kick our butts! She was able to tailor the workout to be challenging for my athletic husband but also to accommodate myself 7 months postpartum. She is very knowledgeable but also motivates you! The facility is nice and clean. I would definitely recommend. New edge is great for beginners, hardcore athletes and everyone in between.

I've been training with Rachel for the past couple of months. And it's been crazy in a good way to see results so quickly. I was trying to find a way to get back in shape after the pandemic, but struggled until I started coming here.  The gym is very clean, nicely equipped, and private. All the trainers I've met are very nice as well. It's got a very welcoming vibe to it, doesn't matter who you are.  Rachel is an awesome trainer. She keeps things challenging and engaging so you don't plateau, all the while helping your very specific needs and goals. For me, I have an issue with my shoulders and wrists from previous injuries and it's gotten so much better since she started training me. My goal was to get into better shape and bigger and it was a challenge for me because I needed heavier weights, but my injuries were major blockers. But with her, I've already gone up in a shirt size, my core strength has gotten so much better along with my posture, and just the day-to-day energy level has been so much improved. And the fact that she is also a great nutritionist is a major plus.

New Edge alliance has been a life saver and game changer for me on many levels. Not only does the owner Ibby Ali take personal pride in the health and wellness community he has made available to everyone, he and his long term staff also treat you like family. The gym is very dynamic with its personal trainers, group trainers, RMT service and kinesiologist pros. The entire staff takes a personal interest in my injuries and goals even if they are not my trainers. Rather than feeling like a number, at New Edge I feel like I'm a mission for them to repair, strengthen and condition into a healthier, happier person. I can't say enough good things about NEA. If you are looking for a PT gym that truly cares about you I highly recommend you drop by. They offer so many free classes to try out, give it a go and you'll wish you had been there years before.

This gym is really great! All the equipments are so clean and nice my favourite one is TRX and everyone is so friendly there! I've been training with Dani since last month and It's been so incredible! I could feel how much I have improved my capabilities! He is very knowledgeable not only the exercise wise but also very details such as osteopathy. He has such a good energy which gives me encouragement and motivation all the time! Can't wait for the next lesson with him! Highly recommend to train with amazing trainers here!

New Edge is a versatile space to elevate your fitness. Trainer Dany knows his stuff. He is hands on in athletic training and Osteopathy, and has the scientific insight to connect the two very effectively.  Thanks Dany for helping me build muscle and endurance in a safe, fun way!

Clean and friendly facility with everyone trying to be the best version of themselves.  Had a full year of training with Julian  and it has changed the way I live. Couldn't even do one lunge during my first session, and now I seek adventure.  Best of luck to anyone who is starting their journey like me. As my partner said, just give it a try and decide for your self after few sessions.
