Really enjoying my workouts here.  It's challenging but can modified, done at your own pace and according to your fitness level.  I come out of there in such a great mood.  The technology feedback with heart rate and workout summary is great.  Staff is super friendly and accommodating.  Instructors are motivating.  It's pricey but I would rather pay more for a membership I use rather than a cheap rate at a gym I don't.  The treadmill portion appeals to me as a runner, as the intervals have already improved my pace.

These are the best workouts with a mix of cardio, high interval training as well as weight training.  The coaches are motivating and workouts are personalized to your own level of fitness and goals.  Love it!

This workout is life changing and these instructors are some of the greatest I have ever come across! I love this location. Highly recommended
