Great work out! I love that I don’t have to pre plan my workouts and everyone is different. I get lots of variety and maximum calorie burn. I love being able to see data real time while working out!
I made my 20th workout at Seton today and signed up for the Premier membership. It is so worth it and there are many people of different ages and abilities. Everyone is encouraging- the staff are amazing and make the workouts fun! Paula you rock. The coaches are terrific and guide through warm-ups and two gentle push, and all outs. Somedays i dont push as hard and thats ok because I go at my pace, and it’s better to come than not come. I love the camaraderie of people who attend and seeing familiar faces. I started at two sessions per week and I’m now going through four sessions. I'm toning up and losing weight gradually. I have more energy . Love it!
I joined OTF Seton 5 years ago as I wanted to get in shape & it was something I could do at the time with my daughter. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door is positive and upbeat. The trainers, front staff and other participants make the studio feel like an inviting atmosphere. The option of signing up in advance for classes highly recommend motivates me to not cancel at the last minute - which I would certainly do at a regular gym! I would highly recommend OTF for anyone wanting a high intensity interval training.
I have tried many gyms over the years from monthly to annual membership ones . It's all started and ended the same way , I pay then I show up for 2 to 3 weeks then I barely end up going again . With OT , where I been a member for more than a year and half , It's totally different . I just got hooked up since I have started . Different and dynamic workout that's different every time . 3 different types of workout each class so you never get bored : Treadmill , Rower and The floor for weight lifting , squat , cardio and so . You just get all your body moving . No show up fee , I love it . Many times I just had to go in order not pay the extra fee . It just worked for me lol . Plus amazing coaches : Amanda , Julie , Alexa , Ani .. These coaches are awesome always keep pushing you more .
The coaches at OT Seton are very energetic and motivating! I’ve been sitting at home for so long thinking I’ll do my own at-home workout but just like many others, I just sat there at home. So glad I decided to return to OT Seton to be motivated by the Coach Alexa and Coach Sonia!
Would recommend this for everyone to try once. Incredible gym. Great atmosphere. Wonderful program in general. Such a wonderful way to push yourself. Coaches are very knowledgeable and really know how to work you while just keeping you close enough to your comfort zone to keep you coming back!! The program is different every day so you will never do the same workout twice leaving you never having to worry about planning anything except when to go in. 10/10 would recommend.
Kim was an amazing instructor. I loved her care for the first timers, making sure everyone understand the routine and I appreciate that she would adjust my posture and make sure i'm not doing any damage to my body while doing the exercises. Her uplifting and positive attitude were a great motivation. I loved the gym as well, great set up, easy to access, everything was nicely organized and very clean. Friendly staff.
