love it! nice people, some sales pressure but that is to be expected. minimal congestion during peak times.

Worst GoodLife around. The manager is rude and on some kind of power trip. Stands around and gossips and judges clients with other staff while they're working out. Making comments like "oh look at the girl.. oh man, no! What's she doing?"... if someone is actually doing something that they may hurt themselves, then isn't it YOUR job and YOUR staffs job to say something to prevent injuries???! I have more training and background in the gym and know what I saw was nothing wrong on the clients end. It was just a nosy, gossipy, terrible manager and her equally as terrible staff. I am all one for loving and embracing different bodies and sizes. But the "personal trainers" there. Wow. Probably a good 50+ lbs over weight and standing around on her phone. The front staff are rude and always standing around gossiping as well. Been here a few times and I will NOT return. Figured maybe it was a bad day and staff were off the first few times, give them the benefit of the doubt. NOPE, all 3 or 4 times were terrible. This last time hearing the manager talk about clients.. yea so unprofessional and they really need to shut this gym down!! Save your time and head to another GoodLife.

Love this little gem of a gym. Great place to go for a workout and then go grocery shopping, which saves so much time and it makes it so motivating to make healthy food choices when shopping afterwards! Great instructors. There is also a child minding service at the gym. Clean facility. The class area is a little small for the large turnout so be prepared to feel a little crowded but it's because the instructors are so good.

This place is for womans only heads up. Very disappointing since it is right beside work.
