GoodLife Fitness Centres

Although I enjoyed going to this gym their business practices are very shady and I would never recommend buying a membership from this company. My husband was sold a membership and was told numerous times it could be transferred to me once my membership was done. When we went in to get it transferred we were told that they have changed their rules and would no longer allow it to be transferred. I understand changing policies but there should be exceptions for people that had been sold memberships already. I feel like they will tell you what you want to hear so that they get your money and will not stand by what they have sold you. I am happy to take my business to the many other fitness studios in the area.

The service is deffinitly mediocre. This location is never very busy. Would be much nicer if there were more mirrors so that you could check your form more.

I literally just got told not to run on the treadmill because it was "too fragile" and broken: I get off it and they don't even put up any signs on the machine. What a joke of a gym

DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SCAM! I used to work for Goodlife and I gave up a lot of time and freedom thinking I was benefiting my career as a personal trainer. I got my father a membership while I was there and he insisted he pay the full year up front and didn't want to give his bank account information. Think about it... He paid for a full membership up front and they still demanded his bank information. WHY! Well I will tell you why. They want to suck the money out of you. My manager Jill and Cait kept pestering me to get his bank info and eventually I just gave them mine so they would shut the hell up. A year later after his membership expired, they start charging me. Countless times I was told it would not be changed. THE MEMBERSHIP IS EXPIRED! STOP F***ING CHARING US!!!!! I tried calling their head office and what do I hear? "we're experiencing high call volumes (at 3:30 pm on a thursday) and can't take my call so they hung up. What kind of bullcrap customer service is this? You're damn straight I signed up for the $60 million lawsuit against unethical treatment of their staff. Don't waste your time or effort with this franchise. Invest your money and in your health at a different gym!

Fantastic gym with a great atmosphere. There was a man working the front desk named Damien when I visited with my free guest pass a while back that truly made my experience special. He gave me a tour of the facility and made sure I felt extremely welcome. I can only hope for all employees to strive to be like him.
