GoodLife Fitness Centres

This is my regular gym, everything is awesome. Wish they would extend hours on weekends though, this is my favorite gym in the south and having it close at 8 on Saturday and Sundays sucks because I usually go to the gym around that time. I find that 8 is way too early to close, maybe even extending it to 10 would be cool. For a 24 hour gym that sounds reasonable.

Best time to go in is in the mornings between 7-10. Really easy to get a parking spot and the machines/weights are usually available. Staff is very friendly! I've been going here for years!

Karlo is the best! If your looking for a personal trainer to push you, educate you and motivate you - he is your guy. Karlo knows his stuff and it is apparent that he is super passionate about helping people. I don't usually do reviews but felt compelled as my experience with Karlo was awesome. The rest of the staff have also been amazing in the short time I have been going to this location. Also - if your into spinning, you need to do the class with the male instructor. Not sure his name, but he was awesome as well. Great music and made the super tough ride - fun!

Good life Fitness is a great gym to workout , staff is very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of fitness classes to suite your every needs. Gym is always clean and equipment are always available.

One of the better good life facilities I've been to. Clean and lots of space between equipment and I can (almost) always get a machine when I want one. Pretty good chance at least 1 shower won't be working though.
