I have been with Fitness Plus for many years. I enjoy the family environment that is created throughout the facility, starting with the front desk with great staff to greet you. There are  several different areas to work out with weights 🏋️ spin classes 🚴‍♀️ cardio room 🏃boot camp, yoga, great squash league 🏸 and more. 
They also offer childcare and very qualified trainers
I highly recommend this facility to enhance your active living style.

If you play squash and live near Southland Drive in southwest Calgary, this should be your home club. It is a full service club with lots of players and all of the required amenities. They offer weekly drop in sessions and inter-club teams for players at all levels. Whenever our in-store experts are asked to recommend a club to squash players who live in the Palliser area, they will always recommend our friends at Fitness Plus.
