I've only been going to Eagle Ridge Fitness for 4 months but I've gained so much endurance, strength and energy since starting. The trainers are so friendly and know exactly how to keep you motivated and know when to push you that extra little bit. I would absolutely recommend Eagle Ridge Fitness to anyone and everyone!

Great trainers, Friendly Staff. Work outs are awesome and well planned. Only issue is rebooking missed appointments sometimes, overall thoroughly enjoy my workouts and have more energy these days!

Love Eagle Ridge Fitness!!! Honestly, I enjoyed working out with the team more than any franchise typical gym...I have gone to may of them and would continue to go to Eagle Ridge....just a matter of affordability. But if you can, this is the place to go!!

Eagle Ridge is amazing and the owners, Sam and Laurie, are constantly innovating and improving the workouts, results and experience. It's really hard to choose the right fitness program. But if you're in the market for a new gym you need to check these guys out. AT LEAST have a conversation with them and see what they have to offer, because I truly believe they are the best in the neighborhood.

Sam is awesome and these guys rock! You can count on them if you want a body transformation. If you're in Coquitlam check them out. It's worth it!
