Kiddie Kobbler Stittsville / Kanata

This is our second year shopping at Kiddie Kobbler and both times has been amazing! The service is wonderful. Today we went in and it was sooo busy but the ladies working were absolutely wonderful and took their time with each parent. There was no rushed feeling or a feeling that you were inconveniencing them! Such a great experience with two little kids who have no desire to try shoes on hahaha

Joanne and her team at Kiddie Kobbler are amazing at recommending the perfect fit in footwear. They didn't just rely on asking my child if it feels okay, they explained why certain styles or brands would work better for my child's type of foot. Recently, once we found the right footwear and colour my daughter liked in store, we needed to go up a half size, but they didn't have it in stock. Joanne then kindly offered to go pick up that shoe at a different location for us to have it before our trip. I've used Kiddie Kobbler in Stittsville for years now and I would highly recommend them!

If you want a truly positive shoe buying experience, this is definitely the place to go! Joanne and her team are extremely knowledgeable, patient, understanding and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure our kids have what they need whether it be footwear, hats, outerwear, school lunch products etc. They take the time to get to know your child’s specific needs and find what is the absolute best for them. Kiddie Kobbler Kanata/Stittsville is my first stop when we need anything kid related! I couldn’t recommend them more! 5 stars through and through!

Great place to shop for footwear for the young ones. The selection is not great but they always have something that is just a perfect fit for what you are looking for.

The folks here were very helpful in setting my child up with their first pairs of shoes! Patient when they started to cry, a pro at getting footwear on stubborn baby feet, and even went so far as to help out with a non-shoe issue. I know where I'll be returning for baby's next pair

Not open to the public because of pandemic but the owner is fantastic. Will send you pics of boots, teach you how to size your child over the phone. Had a great selection and the boots I got were cheaper than what I would have ordered from a big box store and sized properly for my baby. Couldn't be happier

This is the best little shop for kids in the west end. The staff are super helpful and friendly especially when it comes to what type of footwear is suitable for specific stages and seasons, infant to toddler to child. They actually know so much about the curated products they carry. Some big brands and some locally made items are available as well. Everything is high quality and highly rated. We bought our toddlers snowsuit same price as market value, kombi mitts, and Baby bogs for fall. My son was properly measured and we’re so happy with the fit. I felt safe bringing him there during the pandemic as well, they keep the store spotless.

Due to covid I brought a shoe instead of bringing my baby into the store. The girl who helped us was very polite she offered us a few options and explained the difference between them. They fit our girl. Perfect and she loved them. I'd definitely will be returning.

Expert advice, great service and quality shoes. I appreciate her hard work, quick eye, and good rapport with the kids. Now I need a shoe store like this for MY feet!

I love this place! The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. I don't buy my kid shoes anywhere else. They also carry all the nice products like Hatley which can be hard to find sometimes.
