The Home Depot

I absolutely love the staff at this Home Depot! They are wonderful people who work hard and genuinely care about helping customers. Their orange uniforms make them easy to spot, and everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. Some team members are seniors or nearing that stage, and seeing their dedication and expertise fills the store with a sense of respect and experience. It's always a pleasure shopping here with our pup.

We came to Home Depot in mynsearch of a new washer dryer combined unit. We were served by an associate by the name of Paul, L, and he couldn’t have been more professional, more patient and detail oriented. We bought the unit, arranged for the delivery and everything was ready to go.nTo our disappointment, the unit wasn’t quite what we imagined or pictured, and it just didn’t work for us so we returned to Home Depot to do an exchange and once again we were served by Paul L. And once again he was very patient, very professional and great to work with.nWe have always had outstanding customer service whether it’s been on the phone, online or in person at the Kanata location of Home Depot.nPaul L told us he’s only been here for a year and a half but he’s a true pro and it’s like he’s been there forever. I hope that management gives him a big pat on the back and appreciates his efforts and his hard work along with all the other staff .

Dave in paint is an absolute legend helped me find the paint I needed and it looks beautiful, looking forward to the next time I go back!!!! Give that man a raise. I recommended when you go get paint ask for Dave at the paint desk!

The plumber guy is always great and helpful. Every time I visit, he always helped me buy the best fitting parts and provided me great advice! He should be recognized :
