I recently rented a 2026 Chevrolet Traverse from National Car Rental in Dorval and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The vehicle itself was brand new, clean and very spacious. It handled amazingly on the harsh winter roads and was perfect for my travel needs. Rohan Patel was the representative who assisted me and he was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, Rohan was welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful. He walked me through the rental process efficiently, answered all my questions with patience and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before I left the lot. Overall, I was impressed by the quality of service and the smooth rental process. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future rentals and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable vehicles.

The opening day 7am rental at National Mr Asanor welcome me in with a respectful attitude, without any hesitation he asked if needed anything else making sure I was satisfied with the service, he even took the time to explain everything quickly about their policy and guidelines, if any issue to reach out to their emergency contact, he even highlighted, this made me safe and happy, great way to start a day with great service. Also Mr Carrel did a great job by having the vehicle ready as well , without wasting any valuable time, he even asked couple of times, are you okay with this vehicle??? Do you prefer anything else??? If you don't like it bring it back and ill give you something else, he made sure I was comfortable for what im getting as rental, explain the vehicle full details about km/gas/full loaded/ AWD and etc, this made safe as well for the safety of myself as a driver and my family. Great service and very welcoming , keep up the good work gentleman and will definitely come back again rent another vehicle and will definitely will pass this message to other passengers as well, also thank you for the young girl Sorry forgot to ask her name who also welcoming me back from returning the vehicle and she also made sure if everything went well with ride, what a good day to be end with. Excellent customer service at the desk on arrival quick and easy. Directed to the pick up point for the car and the vehicle was waiting outside in a holding bay nice touch. Normally I've had to walk around a carpark to locate the vehicle. A enjoyable experience at the YUL airport in Canada. Great team that day

Sabrina was kind and helpful, they gave me a larger vehicle than what I had booked. There was no wait to pick up my car, and dropoff took approximately 3 min, with no sort of additional charges added. I'm very pleased with this rental experience!
