Rented full size SUV for weekend on great price. Great service, IN and out was really smooth. Good variety of luxury cars available.

Worst experience of my life was trying to locate car rental return at Pierre Trudeau airport Montréal. No signage French or English no google directions, no webpages, nothing. Had to go downtown to return car and pay for an Uber. Thank heaven we had time, did research and saw the difficulty ahead of time.

Jaylan was awesome to deal with. He checked me in and suggested a hybrid for fuel savings as I was driving over 3000km. Check in was fast and easy and he was very easy going. He also checked me in when I got back. I thanked him for the suggestion on the car. Finding the drop off area took me a few times around the block but I finally got it. I would rent again from this place if I had to rent a vehicle again. Shout out to Jaylan, give this man a raise and promotion! But seriously, do it. For real. Best guy around. Do it.

Arsenio was great to deal with at the onset and the overall experience for the pickup was good. The experience with the drop off and afterwards has been terrible however. The representative was very pushy and rushing me for the drop off which caused me to leave behind a very important notebook that I use for my work in the vehicle. I have now called over 20 times over the last 2 days only to have the call ring through every time.
