Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had a good experience! They were quick and efficient and got us out and on the road fast. The only complaint I have is the signs for the rental agency could be more clear. You have to walk through the parking garage to get there and the signs that were posted sent us in the wrong direction. Overall very pleased and if we return we will use them again.

1. I made my initial reservation over the phone at the 1-800 number. The on-line representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. 2. The representative at the Montreal Airport was very helpful in modifying my original request to accommodate turning the vehicle in at a different location within the United States. They also added a note to my agreement to inform the location, where I would turn-in the vehicle, on the details. They also gave us a choice of several vehicles. They made sure that I had a printed copy of my rental agreement so I could pass through U.S. Customs without any difficulties. 3. The representatives at the airport location in Burlington, Vermont were very helpful in closing out the agreement. Price was very reasonable. Turning the vehicle back in was easy and convient. 4. Great company to rent a vehicle from.

Overall, always a great experience. Staff is extremely friendly, prices are good and professional. The only issue I always have at this location is the lengthy process to get a car. Having to stop at the main counter and waiting to check in before waiting again in the lot to get the car is a bit much. I wish there was a fast track

I reserved a car for 13 days use to drive from Montreal to Halifax on hotwire for the price of 465.37$ US. Taxes and fee were included. When we picked up the car we were charged in CA dollars, which should have been fine except I was charged to much and due to the conversion I didn't pickup on it. So when the car was returned they charged me CA $611.65. That comes out to more then $465.37US . This is not a co practice and is very disturbing to the customer! The car it's self was fine, good size, no problems. Other than above complaint everything was fine.
