DON'T USE THIS BRANCH!!!!!! I've been using Hertz for 3 years now and I am a very happy customer . This is not a reflection of the company but this branch only. -Horrible customer service attitude, and they don't have a clue on Hertz's policies. A very pressure sales technique - the guy was yelling at me... -Low selection of cars -Cars are stored outside, so in the winter all the car exterior is frozen

They had a car available when I really needed one. Good enough for me. No nonsense service.

My semi truck needed to go into the shop for engine work and I needed a way to get home to Ontario. Google maps showed this Hertz as the closest car rental company. I reserved my car using the Hertz APP and arrived there 15 min later. The guy who served me was cool and had me setup with keys in hand within seconds. No BS car inspections and wasting time and the car was nice and clean. Easy no hassle location, I'd go out of my way to go there again if/when I need another rental.

Horrible experience. Reserved online for a trip, was told at pickup that I could not use a debit card to pay, nor could we use my wife's credit card since it's not the same name. The web site mentions nowhere that you are required to pay by credit card. It also only mentions that the card THAT WAS USED needs be under my name, but no card was used nor required for the reservation. No help on the phone, was told all they could do was pass me to a web service specialist that would show me on the site these policies because even customer service employees don't know where to find them. Ridiculous!!!
