Terrible service.nThe charged me $800 for a damage.nI have not had an accident. The car I got was in a bad condition. I told this to the person who gave me the car and he said just take photos we do not have any other cars available. Here is the photo of the car when I received it.nThey do not reply to my emails nor provided photos nor accident reports.nnAfter I complained and exchanged lots of emails they have agreed to remove the charges.

I rented a car from montreal airport without a pre-booking. They got me a car within 10 minutes and completed all formalities very swiftly. This was my first experience with them and I have a positive impression.

The car I was given was not in good condition. The tire pressure monitoring said the tires were low, as in the light on the dash. The transmission was failing and not working correctly. Even though these are rental cars, I expect the cars to be in good working order.

Paolo, the supervisor, provided outstanding service. He quickly identified and corrected an error in my invoice charge and also took care of the issue with the cigarette smell in the car. His professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. He handled everything efficiently and made sure I was completely satisfied with the resolution. The staff at the YUL Alamo were amazing. I rent cars a lot from many companies and this was the most delightful experiences. No random unexpected fees, new car, and they walked us out to the car which was parked right outside of the door. Got some great local recommendations from the staff as well.
