E-Z Rent-A-Car

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Priceline price was 350 (i paid for insurance). In store they charged 650. When returning they charged 400 extra dollars for undisclosed mileage fees! OVER ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR A WEEK RENTAL. The car needed an oil change when i received it. No wiper fluid. A mess inside from previous renters. I drove on a broken tailbone because it started out cheaper than flying. Flights would have been cheaper in the end.

AVOID this company. I booked a car for 8pm and called them at 7.49pm to arrange the shuttle. I did this for an hour without an answer, and had no car having to make my way into the city by bus. I called the next day and they told me my booking was cancelled because I didn’t turn up. No amount of explaining encouraged them to take any responsibility.

Worst service ever. I booked this place through expedia which was unlimited mileage and then they charged me saying there is fine print of extra mileage that will be charged extra. They were supposed to give me and they gave me a minivan and that is all they had which they had three months ahead to figure this out. Manager was very loud and rude. The workers acted very low and sucked at talking to customers. It is not cheap they scam you so you are better off with other rental companies. Never rent with these crazy cheapos. Very low life the way they handle business. Wish they had no star.
