I was given a rental from intact assurance. Had some issue with the car got a replacement car. So far no probleme. Pick up my car back from intact service clerk reverse my deposit. To find out 7 days later they had still kept my credit card in files and charges 140$ without me the client and credit card holder knowing about it or being contacted before my credit card being used. I am questioning the legality of this move and if i will continue doing business with them on the corporate rental.

Booked a car online, received a confirmation email, only to be contacted later by an agent from this location specifying that they dont have a car available in the class I reserved, asking me to either 1) pay extra for the car upgrade 2) cancel my reservation. Unreliable service.

update:
Was contacted by the branch manager a week later who offered compensation and apologised for the incidence. Will do business with this branch again.
