Excellent service from the Doctor, very knowledgeable and caring. Great Doc, indeed.

But the Reception, that is an entirely different story....wonder if she ever learned some compassion in dealing with patients....... instead of being ever so stubborn... remember, you are not a drill-sergeant....dealing with young unruly cadets. 
Wish you had learnt how to deal with patients who are ill......but then that is asking too much of you...sitting on your humongous haughty posterior.....!!
