I was super nervous about getting a vasectomy as I don't like going to the dentist! I figured this would be worse! I couldn't have been more wrong there was no pain at all the worst thing that happened was the freezing process and that was with no needle felt like an elastic band lightly slapping your balls froze instantly. The staff was AMAZING right from the receptionists when you get in to the medical assistance during the procedure we were having conversation and joking around they offer a premium service which is $250 and it's well worth it go to the website for more information. what they won't tell you about is the ball tickling that comes free of charge thanks Jen your hands are so soft

Look, I'll give credit where credit is due. Dr. Lohlun is friendly, professional and made my experience as comfortable as it could be given the situation. His business is clean and professional and I was able to get in quickly. My only issue is that they will not return phone calls or texts even to their emergency line. So keep in mind after any type of procedure you will be on your own for the recovery which can be extremely stressful when you can't have your questions answered by a professional.had there been better communication I would 100% recommend this place.

Very Professional, friendly, easy going and knowledgeable. The whole process was about 45 minutes. My husband said his no needle no scalpel vasectomy was pain free and he is only having some mild discomfort on day 2.

The doctor is always In a hurry. Twice he messed up my nephews circumcision due to his negligence causing us to have to rebook. In addition to the unnecessary pain my nephew was subjected to. Will not recommend. 9 months Update - After two very traumatic circumcision sessions an original one and a revision my nephew had to go through 9 months ago. we are still not satisfied with the results. I have called Dr Lohuns office severally for the past 2 weeks. I have called, left several messages to talk to Dr Lohuns and its impossible. Are they closed or screening calls? why the gross negligence? I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this office for your kids circumcision's needs. its traumatic both for the kids and the parents.

He’s the best in Edmonton. Great bedside manner, very calming, answered all my questions. Regarding the complaints about them answering the phone: he’s the best so keep trying to get through.

Dr. Lohlun is simply the best. The staffs are very nice and friendly and they have a way to make you relax and also clearly explained everything appropriately.

Had my no needle no scalpel vasectomy 5 days ago. Of course I was a little anxious but once i got on table and had normal conversation with the nurse the nerves were completely gone. I was literally in and out in 30 minutes. Had a little discomfort for a couple days, but now I feel completely normal.

Got a vasectomy here as well as my newborn sons circumcision. With regards to the vasectomy, I went with the premium no needle option where they use a pressure spray that freezes the area. My biggest concern was that this type of anaesthetic would not be as effective as the needle but to my surprise I didn’t feel any pain at all. The procedure is socially awkward for anyone but just remember they do this everyday and were very professional and put you at ease. It’s less physically uncomfortable than having a cavity filled at the dentist honestly. The soreness was very mild after and I went about my day like nothing happened. Just don’t do anything overly strenuous like sports or lifting etc. Dr. Lohann is a very down to earth guy and honestly I wish he was my GP doc. At the end of the day I wanted the doctor that has done thousands of these procedures to do mine. You’ll wonder why you were nervous at all after it’s done. For my sons circumcision, they freeze the little guy up and the procedure takes 5 minutes. Other than the freezing needle my little guy didn’t even flinch. they were extremely caring and gave excellent care instructions. Dr. Lohann even called personally that evening to check up on my son. My son was healed up in a week and I barely noticed any increase in fussing other than diaper changes when you are applying the Vaseline to the area which is important to prevent chafing. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing either procedure.

Was a good experience for what it was lol, was painless and three days later was back to work, was still a bit tender but nothing painful. Just didn’t lift too heavy or over exert myself
