best experience i’ve had at a walk-in in a very long time. although the wait was kind of long, it was 100% worth it as Dr. Stone Li was amazing, he is so thorough and actually listened to all of my concerns, he explained everything very carefully and professionally.

Easily the worst medicenter I've been to. They seem to be centered around doing as many immigration medicals as possible , and don't care about regular patients. Showed up when they opened at 9 am, was told the wait was under an hour and...sat in the waiting room until 2 PM watching a literal non stop stream of immigration medicals stream in the door and straight into rooms, then out again in under 10 minutes a pop.nnAs others have mentioned it's also very dirty, grim everywhere all over the floors, walls and ceilings, even in the exam rooms.nnIf you need an immigration medical this place seems great, they'll speed you through and you'll be out in a few minutes, if you're a Canadian resident or citizen stay away

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Charity Okwuosa. She is the most kind, compassionate, caring, thorough Doctor I have ever had. She has been especially amazing with my Mom who was experiencing several health challenges this year. She has been feeling much better due to Dr. Okwuosa's thoroughness, and has been getting the proper care our seniors deserve.

Dr.Stone Li was very helpful, he actually listened to me and wasn't in a rush to get me out despite being very busy, he looked over my file the night before and was familiar with my medications before I even came in. It's rare to feel seen and heard by doctors today but he not only made me feel seen, but also HEARD. He is not just in this for a pay cheque and it really shows, I would 100 percent recommend him as a doctor to anyone.

I went to the clinic with my 7 weeks old baby at 1.00 p.m., and  they refused to see my baby because they close at 4 pm. The secretary said their waiting list was 3 hours and a half, and the website said 3 hours! My baby needed a doctor, and they just suggested going to an emergency room.
