Heritage Village Medicentre

I had a pretty big cut from a kitchen accident today. Cheryl helped me and was so amazing and calming. She got me in the room and grabbed the dr who was also amazingI didn’t catch his name I got all stitched up and done in time to take my little to kindergarten. Very appreciative and thankful.

Through my experience so far, this clinic has a very effective, smooth and fastest way of services in dealing with their Patients, and prioritizing in line those who has more Chronic Illnesses without too much delayed the waiting time of the Patient’s who arrives first even Walk-ins. Plus the front desk & staff are so calm and respectful, the physicians are so professional executing their expertise and share some advice’s. Good job and keep it up. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

Went there today. No walks ins here either after trying 4 other medi centres. Receptionist Cheryl I think I’m bad with names was fantastic with my young daughter and snuck us in somehow. Dr. Bhuiyan who we saw was also personable and very nice. Fantastic service.

We have always had a positive experience here. The front staff and the physicians are all excellent. They have shown compassion all the times we have taken my toddler here and I must give a shout out to the front end staff. They are kind and so understanding!

I had a sick newborn and Cheryl at reception was really sweet, she put us in a separate room so that my baby wasn't at risk of catching anything from the other patrons. I really appreciate the care we received

The front desk staff are wonderful. The doctor shamed my family for my choice to formula feed after not being able to breastfeed. Fed is best. I will never take my children back to this clinic.

Cheryl is the absolute best! I had a last minute health scare before my trip and she was able to squeeze me in. I am so very thankful for her kindness and prompt service.

Went to clinic for ringing in my ear. Waited for an hour and did not even see the doctor. Nurse showed up and checked my ears and proceeded to ear wax removal. No medical history taken before proceeding with ear wax removal, poor infection control. Will report to the medical association. Only positive thing was the nurse who was helpful and did a great job.

Receptionist Kirsi is really nice and friendly, and she speaks some words in Ukrainian language too. It was very pleasant to communicate to her
