They advertise a 10:00 AM opening time on Sunday but once at Reception they tell you no Doctor is there till 10:30 and mentioned it informs you of that on their web site. Then the Doctor does not show up till 10:40. On the way out I said your door says open at 10, your web site says open at 10, no where does it say you don’t take patients at 10:30 or later. She answered “we front desk people are here at 10.” She seems unaware that opening the door and having people sit for 30 minutes while a Doctor is not there, is not OPEN. And I can have a nice day. In the end the doctor didn’t want to get a sliver out of my finger and sent me to emergency. Eye roll. They need to open at 10:30 or get the doctor there at 10:00. This is a sign they don’t care about your time, it’s all about them. I can recall going there once before for something in my eye, after wasting my time I was told the Doctor that knows how to use the flushing eye device was not on that day and they sent me to emergency. At the time I told myself not to ever go back. I made that mistake, never again. What a joke of a practice, can they do anything?

I've seen several doctors at this clinic. I've almost always had positive experiences. I see a lot of complaints from others about this person or that person was rude. Who cares, I'm here for medical attention. Was the doctor competent and straight to the point? Yes they usually know what they are doing and have referred me to the ER before, great! I trust their opinion and expertise. Dr. Chris is my current doc and he's straight to the point and honest. He's fulfilling my needs as a patient.

I would like to express my admiration for the services and service of the Bonnie Doon clinic. There is no queue at the reception desk and they always smile at you! It is clean and cozy inside. I was with my mother at the eye clinic with Dr. Gregory King. He is a real professional. He examined my mother carefully, conducted an examination, prescribed the necessary drops. There we were also able to order glasses for vision from the doctor. We followed the doctor's recommendations when choosing.nMy mother and I do not speak English well, so the clinic employee, Ukrainian Katya Kukhareva, helped us a lot with the translation. Katya is a doctor and also helped us a lot with her advice and recommendations.nThanks to all the clinic employees, especially Katya Kukhareva and Dr. Gregory King!

Dr Bulk is wonderful.nThe low rating is due to the clinics disorganization and the dermatologist. I had an appointment that was made with the dermatologist. I go in today and the appointment was not actually book. Front desk said I should have stopped at the desk to confirm the appointment. Last appointment there were 10 people waiting to be seen by the desk and I didn't have time to wait , just to say the doctor booked me on her schedule. I've been seeing her for 2 years with no improvement in condition. After my first appointment she stated I must be pulling my hair out. After my 3rd visit she finally believed it is alopecia.nDon't go here.

This is what they allow to go on behind their clinic, used speculums mixed in with the junkie needles, gloves, paper gowns, strewn with other trash all over the ground, also crammed in between the buildings. So gross. They've been asked to keep this garbage clean but clearly don't care. Often this bin is overflowing. Terrible for the neighborhood, they just don't care. If this is what they let go on behind them in plain view, imagine what goes on inside that you don't see. Awful, disrespectful, against AB Health medical waste regulations and disgusting.
